Search the AZSITE Database
No data from sites within legally defined tribal boundaries are in the AZSITE System. If you require information on cultural resources within Tribal Lands you MUST contact the Cultural Preservation Office of each Tribe your project or research intersects with.

Public AZSITE!!! NEW!!!
AZSITE Public is designed to provide an overview of currently recorded cultural resource density within the state, excluding tribal lands, at the section level (one square mile). Users can log in, and through a series of tools, move to a specific location to display a color coded grid of the one square mile sections.

ASM Project Registration Forms
Scanned copies of the Arizona State Museum' original Project Registration Forms are back online.

Search LARC
This is the Arizona State Museum Library's new online search engine that includes the bibliographic collections of the ASM Library, Archives, Archaeological Records Office and the Archaeological Repository. All the "Gray Literature" that has been submitted to ASM is available here.

AZSITE Access
Access to AZSITE search engines are restricted. Apply for access by downloading and submitting a "Database Use Application Form". The Fee Structure and Access Policy are also available online.
No Tribal Data are available through AZSITE web searches. These data have been deleted from the system and are not available.

Record Search Request Form
Request for Archaeological Records Search must complete the Standardized Request Form.
Click on the link above to download the standard word template.
When completed the form can be emailed or faxed with the map or shape files of project boundaries attached.

SHPO Undertakings Numbers are Necessary
A SHPO Undertakings Number is issued by SHPO for most projects conducted within the State of Arizona. It is important that this number be included on your AZSITE Standalone Dataset Submissions to link to the SHPO in house information. If you don't know what your Undertakings Number is contact the Deputy SHPO
