User Account Agency LoginA user agreement from your organization must already be on file.
If you agency has applied for and been granted access to AZSITE, and you have sent the appropriate fees to the ASM Site Files office, you should have received and Agreement ID number. Enter your Agreement ID in the space below and click GO to request your username and password for the AZSITE Web Application
If you have applied for and been granted access but have not received or do not remember your Agreement ID, Email the AZSITE Administrator to receive your Agreement ID.
If your organization has not applied for an agreement and wishes to access AZSITTE, click here
If you do not plan to obtain an AZSITE User Agreement, but wish to submit Cultural Resources and Inventories electronically with the AZSITE Standalone Entry System, click AZSITE Uploads The submission of electronic datasets to this ftp site is FREE. It does however require a userid and password to access it. Email the AZSITE Administrator for the current access procedures, or call 520-621-1271. The Project Registration Form and the appropriate reports must still be sent in paper format.
