Requests for Electronic Data sets may be requested using the Records Search Form and forwarding this form to AZSITE at ASM.

Current record search fees will apply.

No data from AZSITE will be released to any individual that has not applied for and been granted a user account. No data within the boundaries of any Tribal Lands will be released to any individual or agency outside the AZSITE Consortium without the expresed written consent of the official tribal representative.

To apply for AZSITE access download the User Agreement Form and follow the written instructions for submission. Current Access fees will apply.
