These fees are what support AZSITE.

Currently there are no planned increases to the existing AZSITE Data Access Fees

Fees for user accounts for the web data search application will be assessed to all users. There is no fee for submitting data electronically using the AZSITE Entry Module.

The use of the 97 Version of the Entry Module is no Longer Accepted.  If electronic datasets are submitted with the 97 version, the $10 per site card fee PLUS an additiona $100 fee for conversion to the current Entry Module configuration will apply.  This is in addition to any costs the Arizona State Museum Records Office requires for non-Electronic project submissions.

There will be a $10 per site card fee if it is submitted in the traditional paper format. This fee is to cover the cost of AZSITE personnel recording the site information into the current electronic Entry Module.   This is in addition to any costs the Arizona State Museum Records Office requires for non-Electronic project submissions.
