NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
OF THE
AZSITE BOARD

Pursuant to Arizona’s Open Meeting Law, A.R.S. 38-431 to 431.9, notice is hereby given to the members of the AZSITE Advisory Committee, the AZSITE Board and the general public, that the AZSITE Board will hold a meeting open to the public.

Wednesday October 22, 2008
Starting at 1:30pm

Phoenix, AZ

MEETING AGENDA The Board may take action on any of the following.

The Chair reserves the right to set the order of the agenda.
If you have items you wish brought before the AZSITE Board for discussion, contact AZSITE Board Chair
The Board Members may go into executive session at any point during the meeting to seek advice of counsel pursuant to ARS 38-431.03(A)(3)

    F. Public Comment
      Those wishing to address the meeting must be recognized by the Chair.
      Issues raised as a result of public comment may be assigned to a standing committee for further consideration and re-scheduled for discussion as necessary.


    G. Establish Date and Time of Next Meeting, suggest agenda items.
      Next Open Meeting - January, 2009 at Arizona State Musem, Tucson, AZ.


    H. Adjournment
