Use your AZSITE username and password to log in for data submission and to view the status of previous submissions.

Datasets should be submitted as a single folder that contains the necessary files created by the Standalone Entry Module. DO NOT submit loose files individually. They will be discarded and you will have to resubmit the entire dataset.

Due to the variation in internet connections and data transfer speeds, it has been noted that data set submissions work best if they are "zipped" before submitting.

The submission of datasets requires that the "drag-and-drop" option has been enabled on your browser. This function works best with Internet Explorer 5.0 and above.

If during your uploading you receive a "Timed Out" error message "zip" your files with something like WinZip and resend them. Zipping files has solved this error. If you have other problems contact the AZSITE Data Administrator

If your organization has not applied for an AZSITE agreement and wishes to access AZSITTE, click here to access the user agreement

If you have applied for and been granted access but have not received or do not remember your Agreement ID, Email the AZSITE Data Administrator to receive your Agreement ID.

If you have been granted access, but have not requested you username and password click here

If you do not plan to obtain an AZSITE User Agreement, but will be submitting Cultural Resources and Inventories electronically with the AZSITE Standalone Entry System email the AZSITE Administrator for the current access procedures, or call 520-621-1271.

The Project Registration Form and the appropriate reports must still be sent in paper format to all required agencies.
