AZSITE Data Entry Module Updated: 9/5/2001
The Record Entry System is used by CRMs and Land Managers to create an electronic data set of new and updated
cultural resources and inventories ready for submission and uploading into AZSITE. This Zipped file contains the executable program for
initial installation and the current updates. Follow the instructions contained within the zipped file.
This program and its updates have been tested on Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP and NT 4.0 using Microsoft Access 2000 and XP
Support for Office/Access 97 is no longer available.

AZSITE Map Application User Manual Updated: 5/17/2008
This is an instruction manual on how to use the AZSITE Map Application. It provides details on what each command button will do and how to make it do that.
Entry System Update Updated - 9/5/2002
Several updates to the Entry System have been made including
corrections to truncated fields in the site print function and the addition of full reference and project titles
on the print card. This updated includes MS Access Tables and Forms. Follow the instructions included in this zipped file.
This update has been tested on Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP and NT 4.0 using Microsoft Access 2000 and XP
Map Objects Evaluation Copy
This product is necessary ONLY IF after installation of the Entry Module you receive an error: "0 of 3 default...." when trying to digitize within the Entry Module's
HeadsUp Digitizing function.
Map Objects is the ESRI software used by the AZSITE Entry System to allow users to digitize new cultural resources and inventories without the
use of ArcView or ArcInfo. Occasionally some computers are missing specific files that are required for the Standalone to function properly.
This will require administrative privileges to install on your computer.
Client Application Updated: 9/5/2003
The AZSITE Client is a full maintenance program for the AZSITE Database. It provides a mechanism for updating and
correcting cultural resource and inventory records. Only Consortium members and approved Land Managers are
given access to the maintenance program.
This application has been tested for Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP and NT4.0 using Microsoft Access 2000.
The Access97 version is no longer supported by AZSITE.
Client Application Update Updated 9/5/2003
This file contains the updates to the Client application. It requires the installatioin of the Client Application above.
Microsoft Data Access components 2.8
These are the lastest set of SQL drivers needed for the AZSITE Client application.
If you have permission to use the Client application, you will need these for it to function properly.
Download this executable to your local computer and double click. It will install the necessary drivers.
ArcView Database Access
This is a set of ArcView Extension that will allow you to connect to AZSITE using ArcView. You must have ArcView 3.3 to
use this extension. If you are using an earlier version of ArcView search for the appropriate download for your
version. If you are using ArcGIS 8.x, this download is not necessary. SDE connections to AZSITE are available
to only Consortium Members, Land Managers and other agencies with an appropriate agreement with AZSITE.
